Incorrect anchor coordinates due to menu

Hi!
On the site, because of the floating (sticky) menu, the anchor does not work correctly – there is a table of contents with links that lead to subtopics, but the “landing coordinates” get lost.

Do I need to somehow use CSS to take into account the distance of the menu to compensate for the miss? In the mobile version, the anchor works correctly – it accurately sends to the desired subtopic.
