[resolved] Incorrect admin email (5 posts)

    Is there any way to force or reset the admin email? When I go to test send an email, it's using an old admin email and does not draw from the wordpress database, even if I change it under wordpress settings.

    did you try Settings > Emails > Email Settings > Notification sender address or Settings > Emails > Booking Email Templates > Email events admin ?

    It was because it's drawing from the user's email (the admin's) instead of the admin email under wordpress settings.

    if our settings aren't being used, are you using wp_mail as sending method by any chance? that may be why
