Incorporating Twitter, into blog

I have a plugin that will take all my Tweets, FB, and G+ answers and bring them back to my blog for me.

I created a category to stick all these in.

Is there anyway I can have just this category show in the bottom of my home page. I have a static index page. This might jazz it up a little for people. I am also wondering if G+ would regard this as me making daily updates to my blog.

I answer questions daily but I only write a new post every once in awhile. Sometime I cannot find anything worth talking about.

Any ideas on how to put a category into a page.
