Hello. I have noticed that PayPal is getting a mix of the sequential order numbers and the actual order id (woocommerce post id).

Eg some orders show “WC-8020” which is the sequential number we are using. But others are showing “WC-4562” where 4562 is the post id of the order.

I cannot see a connection as to why this is happening but we are getting a mix of IDs which is not good.

Hi @katmacau,

Kindly specify which PayPal plugin are you using in your site. We are already trying to contact with Woocommerce paypal team regarding the same. Update needs to be done at their end.

It was the Woocommerce owned one – https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-paypal-payments/. We also had some other issues with that plugin and it not sending payment details from PayPal back to woo on sites with and without your order id plugin. So we are not going to use that plugin paypal anymore.

We have tested and our plugin is compatible with the Woocommerce PayPal plugin by AngelEye.
