Inconsistent format for {{DATE}} keywords

    Hi,

    Another “minor flaw”:

    • In a Post Notification I see a date “7 augustus 2020 16:48“, which corresponds with the date format and language setting of the website (WP Dashboard > Settings > General)
    • In the Admin Notification for that same message I see a data “2020-08-07 02:50:03“, which looks like an ugly combination of UTC and AM/PM (without mentioning it)

    I think it would be best if you stick to the website settings (that’s why we have them, right?), or to let the plugin user decide.
