• Hello,

I’ve just noticed that the appearance of my footer changes depending on the page visited. It’s mainly the social elements on the right “Suivez-nous !” whose appearance varies between the shop page (also checkout) and the rest.
Is there a reason for this?

I also noticed that it was impossible to modify the appearance of these elements (except for the shop page). I tried to modify via the Astra customization menu or by modifying the widget in the WordPress dashboard.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @kureman,

Please try adding the snippet at the bottom of this doc to your site. See if it does the trick.

Please let us know how you go.

    Hi @bsfherman,

I’ve added the snippet but unfortunately I can’t see any improvement in the widget’s appearance.

    Hi @kureman,

Please share the Astra Settings of your site. I will import it on my dev site and see if I am able to reproduce it.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

    Hi @bsfherman,

    Thank you for your help!

    Here are the settings.

    Kind regards

Hi @kureman, sorry for the delay.

Thank you for sharing your Astra Settings.

Anyway, without importing your Astra Settings, I am trying to replicate the scenario and I am able to do so.

I am adding a Legacy Widget to the Footer and the Widget Title looks different on the WooCommerce pages. Adding the snippet available in the doc I previously shared fixed the issue. The Widget Title shows consistently on the entire site. Refer to this video, please.

Are you sure you have added the snippet to your site properly?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

    Hi @bsfherman,

Sorry for my late reply, I couldn’t answer earlier…

I did add the snippet as you advised. However, it has no effect on my problem. In fact I don’t see the connection between wp-block-social-links and the fix for h2 titles…

Here are two images showing the problem on the welcome page and the shop page :

Now I see that these differences appear between pages created with Elementor and “standard” pages. However, the footer is never managed by Elementor, but it apparently causes a conflict somewhere…

I’ll try to figure out what’s going on on my end, but if you figure it out before I do, don’t hesitate to let me know!

    Kind regards
