    Hi,

Not sure where you get your data from, but we do not promise that your translated pages will be indexed in 24 hours.

Creating a translated page or creating a new page are equivalent in terms of crawling/indexing, search engines will crawl your new pages eventually and index them, it really depends on your website and your content. Nobody can promise you when your new page will be indexed.

Free version support is done on our support forum https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/gtranslate/ and I do not see that you have asked any questions. For paid version we have a live chat support.

    Thanks! 🙂

    Hi,
Got it from Borya who wrote when asking about when will the site be done translating in full : “Yes, sure. Translation process can take some time. Within 24 hours it will be fully done.” – That is your man on a paid version.

He did promise me directly! You did if he represents you in the live chat (paid).

Well as I said, inconsistent, after 6 days, only got 0.02% of my site indexed and translated on (paid) version..

    Thanks for the joke 🙂

    Hi,

Thanks for the info, I was able to identify you and find your conversation with our live chat and analyzed it in details.

I believe your expectations were very high and patience with us was very low and there was a misunderstanding and miscommunication. I presume that you have expected that after configuration your translated content will be indexed instantly, which is not the case.

To begin with, I see that your website is a mixture of English and Arabic and initially you have selected it to translate from English to other languages, which is problematic.

I see that initially you were having issues configuring GTranslate and Borya configured the French translation for your website and there was a need to wait till DNS records are propagated and SSL certificate is created for your French sub-domain. Then as I continue reading the conversation I presume you were asking about when the translations will be ready and when they can be accessed, you asked:

    – its 2000 pages
    – will they load all well?

    to which Borya explained that:
    – Yes, sure. Translation process can take some time. Within 24 hours it will be fully done.

Here I see communication issue, which is not clearly expressed. The correct answer is:
    – Yes, sure. Translation process can take some time.
    – Within 24 hours it will be fully done.

First part refers to the first part of your question.
Second response is about the loading part – SSL/DNS.

They had to be separate responses and not a one liner.

I see that you had issues with translating Arabic part and the issue was assigned to our technical team. From the internal notes I see that we have figured out the cause.

Initially you had English as the main language, but your website is really a mixture of English/Arabic and also there was a change of source language to auto detect, your translations needed to be reset and done from the beginning, so Arabic part can also be translated. We were not able to communicate it back to you during the weekend to ask you to give permission to reset all your translations.

If you have enough patience with us and wish to continue working with us we can do the job on our part and translate your website and make sure they get indexed. I would like to remind you that you are still on our trial period and we have not charged you a penny.

If you believe that there are other magic solutions which can do the job for you instantly by translating mixed English/Arabic content for you and get it indexed in 24 hours in search engines, then we wish you good luck.

    Thanks! 🙂

    Hi Edo,

A very lengthy reply, which further adds to the miscommunication, yet it proves how primitive/undependable the system is. I cannot waste days on end trying, re-trying, and retrying further more. I am not in hurry for the site to be (indexed in search engines), I was only referring to being indexed/translated by your system.

As you are a believer that “the client is always wrong”, and being sarcastic, I repeat: no more time to waste here.

    Best 🙂

“We were not able to communicate it back to you during the weekend to ask you to give permission to reset all your translations.” ha haa to that one, nothing was translated for me to give permission to translate. I was just on hold endlessly while (your technicians) fix the problem.. It’s strange how your operate and them “blame” the inpatient customer for your system faulty performance since the very beginning.

Yes I did not pay money, but more than that (time wasted!)

I see you also have “Automatic translation feature” disabled in your settings page. That is why it was not translating more content. Nobody from our team noticed that. We have added a special warning for cases like this to not repeat this mistake and make it more evident.

Good lesson learned, thank you! 🙂

I see that your technicians also have put “Automatic translation feature” disabled; as they took care of the setup 100% and promised BRIGHT results.. That was after I tried and removed the system, and they asked me for a second chance “to make it all right”!

Glad I benefited you with my feedback; and as long as your developing your team, give it a try at my site (you have full permission and you even have the logins to all my sites).. go ahead and show me the magic 🙂

    Hi,

I am not sure why you say that or where you see that, but the events log on our end show that it was changed by you from your IP address. Please be constructive, patient and do not misrepresent the facts.

I see you have already turned it on yesterday and the translation process continues, but the results are not good because of the initial incorrect original language selection.

I have reset all the translations, so the results are better now. I have checked the French version and it seems to translate everything. Please check and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks! 🙂

    Hi
I say that because I left it 100% to Borya and he changed them; and because you are being needlessly aggressive and never apologetic. You have your way of turning things around I wonder what type of (service) is that in 2021!

Anyway I gladly made my point here for all to judge with regards to my rating; I rest my case!

You have made 2 wrong statements about us and I want to be clear about it:

    1. “crawls don’t happen as promised in 24 hours”
    – we have not promised that
    2. “I see that your technicians also have put “Automatic translation feature” disabled”
    – this is not true

GTranslate service for your website works now, so it is up to you if you wish to continue using our service or not.

    Thanks! 🙂

point #1 I copied your representative, verbatim, saying its only 24 hours (re-read)!
point#2 Borya took over the whole setup and he told me so and that is his misdoing (which is irrelevant, you just skew issues)

It’s not for me to decide, only an employee (like you) 🙂
