I’ve got a website using the latest version of the Neve theme.

There are three sections – one linked as a homepage (i.e. nothing after the domain) and two other ones as ?page_id=2 and ?page_id=14/

There is a difference in the way they are rendered in the desktop version:

On the homepage, the content is aligned to the left under the title of the page, i.e. about an inch from the left of the screen, and that looks pretty good. However, the two pages that have page_id are aligned a little bit further to the right, and not at the same vertical line as the title in the header. That looks less well and the layout is not consistent, since the alignment switches when you move from the homepage to one of the other pages. The problem occurs in all browsers. Any idea what is causing this and how I can fix it?

The other thing I want to mention is that it would be nice to have a possibility to make a Tablet version distinct from the one for mobile phones. Maybe the developers could look into it? There is actually a section dedicated to editing the Tablet menus in the control panel, but doing so affects both Tablets and Phones. I think they should be separate, because there is a huge difference in screen size.

  • Hi @wordzebra,

Could you please share those pages to notice the difference? I’m not sure that I’m following the question here, this paragraph is not very clear to me:

There are three sections – one linked as a homepage (i.e. nothing after the domain) and two other ones as ?page_id=2 and ?page_id=14/

Can you provide screenshots to better understand the problem?

Regarding the mobile and tablet views – the theme is responsive itself and there are breakpoints defined for mobile view and tablet view. But you are correct, in customizer content cannot be added separately per view selected.

    Thanks!
