 * I have 3 different forms running on my site and since a server migration they
   have stopped working correctly. One of the forms works perfectly the other two
   say that the form has been sent successfully but it never arrives in my inbox.
   I can mimic the settings exactly but it does not work. Only one contact form
   ID successfully sends emails.
 * I also noticed (I dont know if its linked) but I cannot duplicate a form. When
   I click the button it just adds _copy to the existing form (same ID) and no additional
   form is created.
 * I have checked the usual problems i.e. spam that is not the issue.
 * Any help would be appreciated!
 * Cheers

 * I don’t know if this adds any further clues to the mystery but I also had “Sales
   Force Lead field mapping function” set up with my contact forms that have also
   stopped working since at all happened.

 * Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

 * Hi Takayuki, I have tried this but still experiencing the same issues. I am using
   WP_Mail_SMTP and am able to send a test via the plugin successfully however not
   with CF7 (apart from the 1 form).
 * I have tried changing the TO: field to my personal hotmail email and still receive
   nothing but to complicate things further I have tried it with my hosting providers
   gmail support account and they recieved it successfully.
 * Any ideas?

 * I think I have resolved this but I’m not sure why or how!
 * Interestingly, the problem effected all email accounts in the To: field EXCEPT
   Gmail.
 * All I did was isolate the problem to the From: field which was set to:
 * Exponential Training [info@exponentialtraining.com]
 * It may have been the fact that SMTP settings we set to the same as the From field
   but when I changed this just “info@exponentialtraining.com” or [your-name] <[
   your-email]> for example, it worked fine.
