Inconsistant Form Submission Failure

    Recently my contact 7 form has been incurring form submission errors for not filling out all required fields. The problem is that it is inconsistent.

    I cannot see the problem at hand but my clients do. Is there a known error that people know of when it comes to the validity checking code of the most recent release of Contact Form 7? I am using v4.4.
