We just finished a retreat that used your form (which was very helpful!). Of the @ 110 form submissions, we received 100 – 105 e-mail notifications. I was able to access the info from Forminator for the missing e-mails, but was wondering if anyone had any thoughts as to what would cause a small number of e-mail notifications to not be successful? Great questions! * The e-mail notifications are set-up to be sent to 3 addresses and none of us received them in our inboxes or spam/junk. * After reviewing the submissions again (9 out of 121 were missing notification e-mails), I could not see any pattern other than a few were in a row.
