 * Hello! We just finished a retreat that used your form (which was very helpful!).
   Of the @ 110 form submissions, we received 100 – 105 e-mail notifications. I
   was able to access the info from Forminator for the missing e-mails, but was
   wondering if anyone had any thoughts as to what would cause a small number of
   e-mail notifications to not be successful?

 * Hello [@wavewatcher](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wavewatcher/)
 * Hope you’re doing well today!
 * Weird issue indeed, were you able to confirm if some of those missing emails
   somehow landed up in the spam/junk folder on your inbox?
 * Further, since the submissions are already visible, can you please check if you
   notice any specific pattern in the submission data for the emails that were missed?
 * Kind Regards,
    Saurabh

 * Hi Saurabh –
 * Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Great questions!
 * The e-mail notifications are set-up to be sent to 3 addresses and none of us
   received them in our inboxes or spam/junk.
 * After reviewing the submissions again (9 out of 121 were missing notification
   e-mails), I could not see any pattern other than a few were in a row. The form
   numbers that did not receive confirmation e-mails were 57, 58, 59 then 63, 64
   then 66 then 74 then 161 the 168.
 * I appreciate your help in trying to figure this out!

 * Hi [@wavewatcher](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wavewatcher/),
 * In general, the Forminator plugin only initiates the action of sending the email,
   It is your WordPress site which will be sending the email.
 * Could we know what happens if you try the “**Resend Notification Email**” button
   for the mentioned submissions? ie under **Forminator > Submissions** for each
   entry.
 * Does clicking the resend button send the emails again? or do you still notice
   a similar issue even after trying the resend button?
 * If the issue is still the same then would also recommend using a plugin like
   [Check & Log email](https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/), and enable email
   logging in the plugin, so that it would pick up any errors the next time you
   try to send the notification.
 * If the emails are picked in the Check & Log email plugin, then it would mean
   the emails are getting sent but an issue more specific to the email host.
 * Please check and see whether the above helps in giving further clues.
 * Kind Regards,
 * Nithin

 * Hi Nithin!
 * Yes, we used the Resend button at the time and it resent the e-mails.
 * That reminds me of something else I wanted to check out…is there a way to resend
   just the administrator e-mail?

 * Hi [@wavewatcher](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wavewatcher/),
 * The mentioned “**Resend Notification Email**” button should be re-sending all
   the email notifications you have configured for the specific form, so it’ll also
   re-send to the admin email too.
 * If you meant a way to exclude and only re-send emails to admin, then I’m afraid
   there isn’t any such feature at the moment.
 * Please do let us know anything specific you want to check regarding this, so
   that we could check further if needed.
 * Kind Regards,
 * Nithin

 * Hi Nithin –
 * thank you for your response.
 * While I am grateful that there is a way to resend the missed notifications, it
   is an inconvenience that 7% of the e-mails didn’t come through. Resending them,
   which also generates another e-mail being send to the customer, is also problematic
   because the customer is then confused why they are getting another e-mail.
 * Do you have any thoughts about what is causing this and suggestions for remedying
   it?

 * Hi [@wavewatcher](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wavewatcher/),
 * Hope this message finds you well.
 * Well as explained by Nithin, Forminator only triggers the email process, if there
   are any issues in the server or in the WP email function you can try using an
   email log plugin.
 * You can also check with your hosting provider if they have a transactional daily/
   monthly limit, some servers do have some limits to avoid SPAM and related issues.
 * As an alternative, is also recommended and a good practice to use an SMTP to
   guarantee email deliverability, you can use the [WP Email SMTP](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/)
   plugin, note that you will also need an email account from which the email will
   be sent.
 * Best regards,
    Laura

 * Hello [@wavewatcher](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wavewatcher/) ,
 * We haven’t heard from you for several days now, so it looks like you don’t have
   more questions for us.
 * Feel free to re-open this topic if needed.
