Incomplete Uninstal

Hi,
I have decided to use my themes inbuilt amp support for now as my site is not overly complicated. When I uninstalled your plugin via the plugins page it has left behind part of the plugin somehow so that other plugin consider it installed, even leaving parts of it in the admin panel. Can you please assist me to remove all instances of your plugin.

You’ll have to provide some screenshots of what you are seeing.

When you uninstall the AMP plugin there should be no trace of it.

and yes the plugin was uninstalled correctly, then i tried a reinstal and another uninstal to no avail.

What is the theme you have? Perhaps it includes a copy of the AMP plugin inside of it?

the Theme is Graphene Plus – (Edit : which I have discovered AMP is an addon – any hint on how i can remove it ? )

Yes, the theme seems to include the AMP plugin directly. You’ll need to contact the support of that theme provider to discuss whether you can remove it safely, as I assume it might break if you try to do so. If it is bundled, it is probably a hard requirement for the theme to operate.
