# incomplete orders are counted

 * Hi! There is a weird issue: plugin counts incomplete orders. E.g. you get to 
   checkout and then don’t pay (order is in ‘not paid’ state), and still ‘backed’
   counter is increased.

 * I apologize for the delay. Somehow we have missed the thread.
 * Without the order completion, the new Backed amount should not be counted and
   the campaign status should not update.
 * I have tried to reproduce the issue locally. It’s working fine for me. Can you
   please reproduce the issue by recording your screen and share the video with 
   me?
 * Hopefully, we will have a solution for you very soon.
