Incomplete modal window

Hello team,
I think I have configured everything ok but the modal window shows incomplete data:
– No Paypal buttons
– No action to change quantity
– Nothing happens shen applying a coupon (code ‘hola’)You can see the button in here:

Thank you, I actually had to move some JS code of the theme to the top of the page and this is going to impact my Google rankings. So probably I´ll need to do something specific for the page using this plugin.
Anyway, got another 2 things:
– Emails are not working. Getting this msg: ‘Something went wrong, email is not sent!’have any idea of where to start to investigate this?
– The total amount of the purchase once you apply quantity and/or coupon is not displayed: is this normal? see the pic here:
