    I have 65 episodes currently and they can all be seen here;
    https://anchor.fm/talk-with-god

On my page it does not show all of the episodes, I have also checked in the posts to no avail.

Interestingly though the cover art is imported in my media library.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @scottaarondunn,

Thanks for using our plugin and for reaching out!
I’ve just tried to import your podcast on a dev server and it did work properly.

If the import timed out or failed, you can try to run it again several times until everything is imported, but 68 posts shouldn’t be that hard to import.

Please also note that if you have any pre-existing posts anywhere within your WP site (including other post types, drafts, trashed posts etc) with the exact same title as episodes you’re trying to import, the importer would skip them.

Let me know if that makes more sense or if you have any other questions!

I appreciate the help. I have removed all of the posts, there is no drafts, nothing in the trash, I have deleted any database entries etc. When I import it still only imports 35 episodes. 11/7/2020 is the latest showing.

I’m happy to give my login if it will help diagnose this.

These are the settings I am using…

It does look like a time out issue has occurred.

I am using WPMUDev for hosting. They limit the plan I am on to 256MB.

    Memory Limits
WPMU DEV hosting allows memory limits (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT and WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT) of 256MB for Bronze and Silver plans, while Gold and Platinum plans are allowed 512MB.

Modifications to the following constants will be filtered:

    WP_MEMORY_LIMIT
    WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT

Is there a way to stagger the import?

Have you tried to run the import a few more times manually and see if it completes the import?

Basically importing a batch of high-res images might cause time outs in some servers. Running the initial importer a few times would probably fix the issue, and then for your future episodes, it’s never going to be a problem if only a few episodes are fetched at once.

    Hi,
Yes I’ve tried that. I left it overnight last night as well and tried importing, it just says all episodes have been imported. M

Host will not allow me to temporarily have increased memory limit either.

This might mean you already have some of the episodes in your database.
Can you try running an import without the images and see if the result is similar?
It shouldn’t time out without the images so it’d be a good way to test it.

Hi, yes, I’ve deleted everything, no images, no trash posts, used wp-optimize to scrub the database.

When I import with no images, 35 of the episodes get imported.

That’s odd. Any chance you can reach out to us via email and provide a temporary login?
You can submit a request here – https://secondlinethemes.com/contact/

Like I’ve said before – When I imported on a blank site with a fresh DB, it did work for all 60+ episodes, so I’m not sure exactly what’s wrong for you but I suspect it’s something within the DB.

Host memory limit was too low. Import with just podcast feed and then adding images worked! Thank you for your help!
