“Incomplete” Dashboard after upgrade to 2.5

    Hi,
    I upgraded several blogs today to 2.5 using a manual FTP approach. Deleted the old files and uploaded the new version.

    All but one are working just great. One, however, has what I would call an incomplete dashboard. I get the dashboard screen and I get the first widget with teh number of posts, pages and tags. But, then, it stops.
    No information about the theme or the change theme option
    No other widget with stats, comments, etc.

    I have tried reinstalling. I tried editing the dashboard value in the wp_options table but none of those did anything to this particular blog.

    Suggestions?
