Can you please check your disk quota of your host? Maybe your host is not enough space for store backup file.
In addition, If this problem still exists, please send us your log file to support@backwpup.com to help you identify problem

Hi @andreapetrucci1975, I believe we were investigating your issue in support, right? And the issue was with the process timing out while trying to upload. Did you set the max execution time?

Hi @andreapetrucci1975, with this new setting, can you now set the logging level to debug (not translated), rerun the job and then post the log? The log is rather lengthy so you can also send it to support [at] backwpup.com if you prefer. But it’s likely getting hung up on some folder or another and it’d be helpful to see which one.
