 * Having installed wp-smush,
 * [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/)
 * the plugin won’t work at all. After activation wp throws the following error:
 * “Styles is almost ready! To add theme options for Twenty Fourteen, please install
   Styles: Twenty Fourteen.”
 * deactivating wp-smush resolves it, the plugin is then usable.
