• I’ve just moved a site over to PHP 5.4.20 (from I think 5.3.23) and I get fatal errors:

PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘if’ (T_IF) in /home/mikef/public_html/words/wp-content/plugins/seo-ultimate/modules/author-links/author-links

(There may have been other changes – the site has been moved to a new host)
Removing SEO Ultimate fixes the problem and the site then works. (sorry – site not currently visible while I check it out more thoroughly – the version with the old host is currently live)

We are in the process of upgrading the core of the plugin. Keep in mind, this is a 4 year old plugin and we started coding this with PHP 4, so, there are some deprecated functions, which we will address in next version update shortly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    All the best,

    Jeffrey
