Support » Plugin: Ajax add to cart for WooCommerce » Incompatible with Gift Cards

There’s already an existing thread here but no one has replied recently.

We’ve got gift cards set up via Smart Coupons (more than 20k active installations) on papamacros.com.au and when having the Ajax add to cart plugin enabled the customer is unable to add the gift card to their cart. It triggers a ‘product added to cart’ pop-up we have set up but doesn’t actually add the gift card to the cart. Probably because there’s a background process where adding the product to the cart creates a discount code? Not sure what the technicalities here are… (plugin is currently disabled because we need to be able to sell gift cards)

@roberthemsing Hi mate, I am afraid to tell you that our plugin only supports simple and variable product types.
    Regards.

Well the gift voucher is a simple product type?

Is there a way to exclude the functionality from one particular page? If you can’t provide a fix for the gift voucher product, and we can’t exclude the ajax loading from the gift voucher page, that means we can’t use the plugin at all.
