Incompatible with Geopress360 Theme

    Hi,
    I tried to set display mode for certain category and use [testimonial_view id=”8″] but it doesnt work, no testimonials are displayed on the page. If I change to twenty-seventeen theme its ok – testimonials are displayed for defined category. Also all displayed if I just put category=all – everything is ok.

    So this issue only for case with defined category.

    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    Is that a premium theme? As I cannot seem to find it in WordPress’ repository.

    I have went to this page: http://pint.synology.me/krym/?p=96
    and the testimonials display there. Could you please select only one category so I can take a look and see if there are any errors?
    Also please make sure there are testimonials in the category you select.

    Hello!
    Yes, it is premium theme https://geopress.net/

    Now testimonials are dislayed because I used post_ids instead category.
    I created new page with new View with certain category [testimonial_view id=”9″] Try this http://pint.synology.me/krym/?p=592
    Category still not working.

    one more thing:
    if I logged in then I can see:

    “No reviews found. Check the settings
    (Only administrators see this message.)”

    Hello @baton,

    Thank you for the screenshots and explanation!
    I have tested this on my end but I am not able to replicate it unfortunately.
    It is most likely a incompatibility with the theme. Could you please use the default theme TwentyNineteen for a couple of minutes and see if this fixes it? We want to make sure it is from the theme.
