Incompatibility with Social Charity Pro Theme

    If the GiveWP plugin is enabled, there are issues with customizing the Social Charity Pro theme. By disabling GiveWP we can access all the customization of the theme. Also, if GiveWP is enabled (currently), the frontpage slider does not work. The full screen is not visible but in a small part in the center and one page below another. (The correct style is on: https://www.themefie.com/wp/ngocharitypro/)
    We work with the last versions GiveWP 2.10 and Social Charity Pro 1.0.1

    Hi @apalpador!

    We’re happy to dig in, here, but the free version of that theme (which is all we are allowed to support here on the forums) does not seem to be having any problems when I spin it up on a test site.

    Of course, I don’t know exactly how it’s supposed to work, but I’m not seeing any errors when I load it up.

    Since you’ve got the premium version of the theme, this is something I’d recommend you reach out to that theme author to work toward a solution. We’re happy to interface with the theme author to work out any incompatibilities with GiveWP, of course. But at this point all of the issues here appear to be problems with the theme, and in my tests they seem to be with specific ways you have configured things on your site.

    One more thing: that demo site for the theme is running 2.9.4 of GiveWP, and we’d recommend updating. It may be that they need to rework their integration for compatibility with the newer versions of GiveWP.
