• I have a front-end form, built with Gravity Forms, that creates a post on the backend. The form is set to redirect to a confirmation page after submission. When Subscribe2 is enabled, however, the redirect never occurs and I eventually get a 504 Gateway Timeout error. Disable Subscribe2 or unsubscribe all registered users from a chosen category and the and the redirect works just fine.

Any idea what might be causing this? Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Can you enable wp debug and see for any error there?

The only thing in debug.log that seems to do with s2 is:

[07-Aug-2014 17:51:45 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: s2readygraph in /wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/classes/class-s2-admin.php on line 16
