 * This plugin seems to be incompatible with the Porto Theme. This theme is the
   most popular E-Commerce theme on Themeforest, and I am sure many users of the
   theme want to use this plugin but cannot.
 * The theme has several settings in Appearance -> Menus -> Menu Item, however when
   this plugin is activated, all those custom menu items disappear. When disabling
   this plugin, they re-appear. Hence, this plugin cannot be used with that theme.

 * [@marv2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/marv2/) – Sorry for the confusion.
   But you appear to have that a bit backwards ;p.
 * Your theme is not compatible with any other plugin that adds fields to the menu
   editor, this doc explains it in detail and provides code solutions they need
   to implement: [https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/297-popup-maker-is-overwriting-my-menu-editor-functions-how-can-i-fix-this](https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/297-popup-maker-is-overwriting-my-menu-editor-functions-how-can-i-fix-this)
 * Try sending this to your theme author. If its as popular as you suggest (not
   arguing, but never heard of it in over 10 years of WP dev), then hopefully they
   will make the needed changes to become compatible with our plugin, and others
   like User Menus, If Menus, Nav Menu Roles, Mega Menus etc. None of those will
   work with your theme either ;).
 * Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to [rate and review the plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/popup-maker/reviews/?rate=5#rate-response)
   or support.

 * Hi,
    I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct place.
 * I am using O store child theme Popular e commerce for my online store.
    When
   I visited my site this morning all my customization of the design and colors
   have vanished and now it looks like a word document.
 * Please can any one tell me what could have gone wrong or help me restore the
   site.
 * I have restored the back ups I have from my hosting provider but it does not
   seem to make a difference as to the appearance of the site!
 * Any help would be great.
 * Thank you
