I’m not sure what the WP Deferred Scripts plugin is and have never used it before.
Can you let me know what is happening and what you are expecting to see so I know exactly what the issue is.
Also, have you spoken to the author of their plugin as my plugin just includes the scripts in the recommended way advised by WordPress themselves so I’m not sure what more I can do.

The plugin is WP deferred Javascript by Willy Bahuaud, Daniel Roch, Grégory Viguier. This plugin defer the loading of all javascripts added by the way of wp_enqueue_script(), using LABJS
When I install this plugin the responsive menu button simply doesn’t work (you can see the button but menu is not open)
There is an option in this plugin to select javascript files to not defer, then I have to put here JS handles or URL which will not be defered by WP Deferred Javascripts.
But the problem I have is because I don’t know “Js handle of Responsive menu plugin” to put in the holder.

Can you please provide a URL so I can see it not working?
Are you using External Files or inline scripts? It might be worth trying the External Files option if you are not already first.
