“incoming links” on dashboard doesn’t work

My “Incoming Links” or what ever it’s called on the dashboard, does not work and has never worked. Well thats not entirely true. It worked when I first set up WordPress from another program, it showed my old blog (until I deleted it from the server)it showed both of my wifes blogs linking to me, and two other blogs. When I deleted my old blog from the server, all the links disappeared. I didn’t give it much thought but looking at the screenshots of the new 2.5 it reminded me. How do I get the Linked to me feature to work? It doesn’t even work at Technorati.(doesn’t show links to me)
