Incoming Links Doesn’t Show in Dashboard

    I have WordPress running on a few sites. Some of them show the incoming links in the Dashboard and some do not. I have installed all of these from my webhost’s 1-click install option and I have done them all the same way. I don’t see an option for setting this in the Dashboard, but I might be missing it. Where can I add this?
