Including Sidebars in themes that have no Default Sidebar

    I am using a theme that has no sidebars. I want to include a sidebar in each page, but i cannot select a default sidebar in the Reading Settings, maybe because there is no side bar by default in the theme that im using. I know that there was no widgets area before i installed this plugin.

    How do i go about with this, i need the side bar.
