# ‘Include Unsubscribe Link’ Option Missing

 * According to the following article, there should be an ‘Include Unsubscribe Link’
   in the ‘Post Configuration’ settings:

 * However, this is missing from my installation:

 * I believe the unsubscribe link option was removed, we’ll update the docs accordingly.
 * In the meanwhile, your newsletter template can have an unsubscribe link of it’s
   own or you can just insert `[newsletters_unsubscribe]` shortcode in either the
   template or the content as needed to generate it.

 * I want the unsubscribe link underneath the message text, with a line space in

 * You edited the Send as Newsletter email template.
    It is used for when a post
   or page is sent as a newsletter. Best is to not edit that, please.
 * If you want an unsubscribe link in your newsletter, insert it into the editor
   when you create the newsletter under Newsletters > Create Newsletter.
 * If you want to restore the default Send as Newsletter template which you edited,
   please let me know.

   That’s why I edited the Send as Newsletter email template.

 * If you want an unsubscribe link in the post/page sent as a newsletter, best is
   to put the unsubscribe link inside the newsletter template being used.
 * The newsletter templates are under Newsletters > Themes/Templates and the default
   ones already have the unsubscribe link in them accordingly.
 * Are you using any newsletter template at the moment?

 * I’ve added the unsubscribe shortcode to it, and it works fine.
