    Is it possible to include any message that is added by a person making a reservation, to the email that is received by the booking manager?
    I know that it can be viewed on the bookings page but it would be beneficial for it to be included in the email if possible.

    Hi @tom2929,

    Yes, you can add the {message} tag to any email notification template and it will appear in the email.

    You can find details about this and the email notification templates under Bookings > Settings > Notifications.
