Include IP Address and details in email?

    I’ve searched and searched and can’t find the answer, so forgive me if I’ve overlooked it.

    How can we have the user ip address, location, and perhaps browser info in the email that we receive from the user?

    No worries!

    Our free version doesn’t include this feature out of the box, we’re sorry! I guess, your best option is to capture those details through a manual customization. While we can’t offer a complete implementation, we’d be glad to share some pointers you can build upon.

    Just to chime in here, @arkansasben, all respondent metadata is automatically collected with any of our paid deals 😊 A heck of a lot easier than tinkering with the code.
