Include file NOT FOUND error

    i have an include script require_once(‘tcpdf/tcpdf.php’); But when i edit the page in admin mode, its showing an error stating that Warning: require_once(tcpdf/tcpdf.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory, any suggestions to avoid this error.?
