Include certain category only not working

include only certain category is not working.. When I choose to exclude categories, it seems to be functioning but when choosing to include only for example 3 categories (with child checked), only one child category and one regular category shows up. (instead of 2child category + two regular I’d expect)

Any help will be appreciated!
