    Hello team!

what a fantastic plugin you made there!

The search results shows me that when people are looking for an attribute that is not used for variations (visible in product but unticked for “Used for variations”), they get no result.

For example, my store is selling jewellery in gold and silver.
each product have an attribute ‘gold’ or ‘silver’ which is not used in variations… I use variation only for ring sizes.

Is there a way to include these attributes terms in search results?

Thank you advance and best regards!

    Hi @crealys,

glad to hear you are happy with the plugin. WP Search Insights does not alter the search results, therefore there’s no way to achieve this by using just WP Search Insights. What you can do is install a plugin that allows you to customize the search results like Relevanssi. That plugin will create a new index which also allows searching through and displaying custom fields/attributes in the search results.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
