When I am creating feed for Google shopping, it includes all Colors in the format
{ Colors|Colors|Colors} in every single variable product. But the Google format says the Colors should be in the format ( white green blue) .

So this causing disapproved products in merchant console.

I request that pls fix the plugin so that it includes the variable product’s Colors only as single not all.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.

The plugin put comma’s in between multiple colors (which was wrong) but not pipe’s like you showed in your screenshot. When you are running version 3.8.1 of our plugin and configure the color attribute the normal WooCommerce way like this:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/651atlk09syt4g8/color1.png?dl=0

And map Google’s g:color field to the Dynamic color attribite than the outcome in the XML feed looks like this:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/gbobhucpaww6k6m/color2.png?dl=0

Which is meeting Google’s requirements. Do bare in mind that Google will only accept a maximum of 3 colors per product. It will ignore any additional colors.

Let me know if this works out for you.

    All the best,
    Eva

I believe tittbit is right in the sense that a product variation should have a single specified color or size.

Here is a screenshot of Google documentation:

I’m pretty sure it’s the same for Facebook as well

    Hi Nicoco410,

The plugin is not adding multiple colours or sizes to variation products when the “official WooCommerce way” of creating variations has been followed. The issue was actually with simple products for which the colour and size values were added in a wrong format when there were multiple colours/sizes. This has been fixed a couple of releases back.

    All the best,
    Eva
