    Hi!
    I am new to wordpress and I would like to ask something before I install it.
    I had put the script under a folder /newsupdates/ and I wonder if there will be any problem if I use a php include in my index.php in the main directory to link to the index.php (is it?) file in the newsupdates? Will there be any 'clashes'? Because the last time I tried to use nucleus, the whole thing messed up my page.
    THanks alot

    Sorry, forgot to mention something above.
    I run mywebsite using index.php?id=pagename
    and in the main page, i mean, index.php without anything behind, it will automatically shows index2.php.
    Now, I think I will put the script with all the php in the page 'index2.php' and it will load into the main page.
    But what about:
    <?php
    /* Don't remove this line. */
    require('./wp-blog-header.php');
    ?>
    Do I put it in index.php or index2.php?
    And what links do I have to change?

    That's what I do on my page. I have a main tamplate (index.php) in my root dir and I call wp-blog-header.php like this
    require('/blog/wp-blog-header.php');
    If you always want your categories etc. to show on your index.php, like in a side navbar, then put <? require('./wp-blog-header.php'); ?> in there. Otherwise it doesn't matter.
