INBOUND LINKS

My website about how to improve vision naturally has been up for about 3 weeks now. It’s indexed in google, yahoo and bing but the major headache I am having now is that there are no incoming links to the site.

Over time, I have submitted the site to about 150 listing directories and I have got emails from some of these directories that my listing has been submitted. Also, I posted about 6 videos with each having a link back to my site and posted the 6 video to about 5 video sites namely (facebook, dailymotion, youtube, netacafe, twitter). Each video has a link back to my site.

All this effort seems to have come to nothing as google and yahoo does not even seem to recognise them.
It’s painful as it took almost 15 hours a day working continiously for about a week.
Please help…
