Inadequate

I purchased this plug-in and found that it was very inadequate to make any type of form outside of a cookie cutter version of a contact form. I reached out to them for support and it took several days for a reply from their team, by then I had found another solution as I was in a hurry to fix the forms on my site.

I asked for a refund and was denied. They wanted to sell me another version and I would of done this if they had not taken several days to get back to me but by the time they did it was too late as I had purchased another solution…never got my refund and wasted time and money on this product.

My advice is checkout Gravity Forms, awesome support team with quick turn around and their product works perfectly right out of the box.
