    I checked it and The Astra theme does not remove these buttons by default. This could be due to a different Astra theme variant, the plugin or a code snippet included with your child theme.

    – Try to deactivate all plugins and then check if the buttons are available.
    – Then try switching to a different theme, such as StoreFront, and check if the buttons are back.

    Also, please check the URL posted here. It doesn’t seem to be active anymore and it’s hard for me to investigate the problem.

    I no longer remember what was on the site shown (the sandbox lives 7 days)

    I just deployed a new site and found that the plugin now works with the free version of the theme Astra . But with the paid version of the theme there is the problem shown above.

    No, I’m talking about the free version of your plugin. You state that it works with the Astra theme. And I inform you that with the paid version of this theme your free plugin does not work correctly.

    It is not – there is no prohibition against helping with paid add-ons. But it is not important. The question is not about the paid theme, but about your free plugin. Your plugin does not comply with your own statements about compatibility with this theme.
    And I don’t understand why you don’t want to accept that and fix such a small thing. It can affect the rating of the plugin.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
