Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

Apologies for that, unfortunately in this situation I wouldn’t of been unable to diagnose the problem without a login as the site has a ‘Maintenance Mode’ plugin active.
That being said, in future I won’t request access on these forums and will look for a alternative solution.
Why not just ask the OP to remove the Maintenance Mode plugin?
That’s one option of course. However, in my experience clients are hesitant to do that. They have the plugin enabled for a reason after all.
Like I said above, I will look for alternative solutions such as that one in future when providing support via this forum.

The latest update (1.3.0) should resolve this for you. It introduces a setting at the bottom of ‘Advanced Settings’ that allows you to force the styles to work.
