In stock status changes in variable product after refreshing

Hello!

I use the naturasoft pluginas a registry program for my products. The problem is, when I refresh the stock information, at the variable products the reorder status changes. I disabled reordering when the amount is 0, but it changes the status at variable products. I disabled this function at the naturasoft plugin as well. I have no idea why the status changing.
