• In the case of scheduled post, an access has occurred to the Link destination in the posted content from the server on which WordPress is running. We are investigating this stop method.

It does not occur when the article is released immediately, and it occurs only in the case of scheduled post (immediately after being published).

As the status of the server,
    · It is WordPress 4.9.7
    · In the setting discussion setting, “No attempt to notify all the links included in this post” is not checked
    · There is no valid plugin

As far as I’m concerned, there are no known causes for this in wp-debug logs or web server logs.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could tell us where to investigate and which settings to directly cause.
    Thank you.

This sure sounds like a pingback request even though you have pingbacks disabled in settings. Can you determine the nature of the request? Is it a POSTed XML-RPC request? Does it have a X-Pingback header? Is the request really to the linked resource, or is it to xmlrpc.php on the same server?

If it is indeed a pingback request, there could be a bug in WP where the setting is not properly checked for future scheduled posts. I cannot think of any other reason why a WP server would send a request to another server when a post is published.
