 * Why does it do a ” instead of ‘ in our posts? This just started happening 2 upgrades
   ago.

 * Oh sorry. Sure, when I type anything in that requires an apostrophe, it does 
   quotes instead. This happens for both myself and the one other person posting
   on our new blog. I’m new to WordPress, so perhaps I am doing something really
   stupid. But you can’t do a ‘, it turns it into a “
 * Does that make any sense?
 * We have all kinds of weird things going on since the upgrade. Can’t drag widgets,
   right sidebar won’t show.
 * I just disabled all plugins, did a manual upload/upgrade and still…no widget 
   moving, no right sidebar shows in the dashboard and about ten other weird things
   which I suppose I should list in a separate thread of “upgrade issues”.

 * Is this an update to WordPress 2.8.3? We haven’t experienced any of these issues,
   though we don’t use widgets so I really can’t comment on that portion.
