I have in-house goods and Printify goods. I have 2 types of flat shipping charges for different in-house goods, one with tracking , another without tracking. I’d like to waive the non-tracking shipping charges if they are ordered with trackable products.

The Printify shipping charges should always be there for any POD orders.

    It doesn’t seem to work.

If set up calculation type by order which I preferred, and the Printify shipping charges disappeared.

If set up by class, the non-tracking items are charged and the Printify shipping charges appear sometimes and disappear another time.

If set up without class, it works fine with both in-house and Printify shipping charges, but I have 2 different flat shipping charges for different categories.

How to solve the problem? Any inputs would be appreciated. Here are my settings.

    Hi @wonderwooman

From your explanation, it seems like you’re encountering a complex shipping scenario. WooCommerce does provide a variety of options for setting up shipping charges, but in some cases, you may need a more advanced solution.

Given your situation, I recommend using a plugin like WooCommerce Advanced Shipping or Table Rate Shipping. These plugins allow you to set up more complex shipping rules based on various factors such as product categories, shipping class, etc.

For instance, you can set up a rule to waive the non-tracking shipping charges for in-house goods when they are ordered with trackable products. You can also set up a separate rule for Printify goods to always include shipping charges.

Please note that these plugins require careful configuration to ensure they work correctly, so you may need to spend some time setting them up and testing them to make sure they meet your needs.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
