Support » Plugin: Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload - Contact Form 7 » In ‘free’ version, where do uploaded files go?

So the implementation was easy. Images upload as expected, forms submit fine. But where do the files go? They’re not showing in my emails as links even though I have that setting checked. And I can’t find them on the server anywhere.

    Thanks!

  • Hi,
did you set [upload-file-xxx] marker on email tab form ?

    Hello @joeydav0117,

Files are being stored inside this directory : wp-content/wp_dndcf7_uploads

To send the attachment links in email. ( see below )

    1. Go to WP Admin Contact->Drag & Drop Upload settings then check “Send Attachment as links?” option.

    2. In Mail Tab add the field code inside body text.
    example :
    First Name : [your-firstname]
Files : [upload-file-123] -> This will display the links in your email

    3. To send copy of email to another user. Go to Mail(2) section and add [upload-file-123] in “File Attachments” field.

    See this demo : https://www.screencast.com/t/JUvu4M83

    Thanks.

Thanks, Glenn. Sorry to be a pain. Doing everything you mentioned, I get the email, and I see “Files : [upload-file-123]” but there is no link to the file. Further, there is no directory on my server for wp-content/wp_dndcf7_uploads.

    Any ideas?
