in edit comments reply problem

    I have just got comments on my new blog. When I went to edit comments and hit the reply button. Nothing happens exept it goes to the bottom of the page. No reply box.
    This is the first time I have used this funtion. Help.

    Trust Microsoft, Today I upgraded to IE8. I should have known better. After much research I found out it is a compatible view problem on IE8. Change the view to compatible and it cured the problem.I can now reply to comments in the edit comment section.

    Thanks for doing the homework on this. I had the same problem in IE 8.0 and going to TOOLS and clicking COMPATIBILITY VIEW solved the problem in less than 30 seconds.
