In checkout Woocommerce Country is missing

I’ve installed my Astra theme and Woocommerce but in checkout the Country field is not shown. I’ve tried everything from switching to a new theme and deactivating plug ins. In another theme the country field was showing but even with deactivating all plug-ins going back to Astra the country field was missing again.
