I have been looking for something this simple to solve this problem for at least a year.
Just toggle the scripts you don’t need on a per page, post or sitewide basis, and even make it specific to whether a user is logged in our not.
Great for not loading scripts like WooCommerce or other high file size plugin source code to your home page or landing pages when not necessary for example.
