Improvement : variable "url" instead of "anchor" for link

    Hi scweber,

    Thanks for your great extension.

    Could you please consider for next release to create new variables which will outpout the direct URL instead of anchor. Like :
    DELETE_TRASH_COMMENT_LINK_URL
    APPROVE_COMMENT_LINK_URL
    SPAM_COMMENT_LINK_URL
    etc.

    The goal is to use it in html email with the abailyty to
    – customize the css
    – customize the anchor inner text

    These variables have been added. This is part of version 1.0.7
