• Hi, The plugin works very well but I would like to make it easier for my site users to select the file they want to download.
    I have used commas in the shortcode to separate the item IDs 121, 123, 122 etc.

    This enables the user to download any of the files from filling in one form.

    But the titles of the downloads are all listed inline with a vertical bar to separate them. I have tried adding spaces, dashes etc to delineate the filenames, but they really need to be on separate lines.

    The option to add a thumbnail or icon doesn’t work.

    Thanks

  • Did you put

    <ebd />

    in the form you made in CF7?
    (Note that there is a space after “ebd” and before the slash)
    See the screenshot page for an example:

    That looks pretty weird to me in your screenshot. Do your filenames somehow have hyphens in them? Or vertical bars?

    I wonder why it’s over on the right side like that rather than underneath. Did you do some sort of customization to the settings or to the plugin code itself?
